The importance of the use of Magnesium in our diets
Over the years I have learned about the importance of the use of Magnesium as a food source and a supplement to my diet. I found that by using Magnesium Glycinate and eating magnesium rich foods, I was able to maintain loose and flexible muscles without cramping or tightness.
