Have you ever wondered
why you are putting on weight and not really over eating? Or have experienced
mysterious and uncomfortable digestive problems? Well, I did, and decided
to jump on the gluten free band wagon to check out if this was the cause
of my problems. Well much to my surprise and relief, I stopped eating
gluten and wheat, and I lost 5 pounds easily, felt I had much more energy,
and had no more digestive issues. So, I thought it might be worth it
to share what I have learned about wheat.
